Tis' the season of gifting, so why not make it special for people who may not be as privileged as us? Winters are here! Donating warm clothes or fuzzy blankets to people living on the streets will not only make them happy, but also make Christmas all the more special for you and your family. It’s also a great way to help your child be more empathetic, and value the things they have and the life they live.
5. Watch Christmas Classics
The best way to celebrate Christmas Eve- Get those fuzzy blankets out, make some hot chocolate and popcorn, put on a Christmas Classic movie and watch it with your loved ones! One can never get tired of watching Home Alone or Elf!
We have curated a list of Christmas Classics that we highly recommend you watch with your family!
6. Give The Gift Of Time
This Christmas, you could volunteer your time at an orphanage, or an old age home and just talk and play some games with them! You could make a family tradition out of this- To visit at least one such place every year and spread some smiles! It can be a wonderful bonding experience.
7. Gift Service Providers
Christmas is all about spreading joy and being grateful for the people around you!
Our service providers work day in and day out, and it’s only fair to appreciate all that they do for us with a heartfelt gift!
Besides a generic Christmas present, you could ask your children to make handmade thank you cards for the house help, the garbage man, their teachers, the mail carrier, and whoever they’re grateful for..
8. Teach Your Little One The True Spirit Of Christmas
While Santa’s gifts are an important part of Christmas, it’s also important to teach your little one the true meaning of Christmas, and impart the spirit of kindness and goodwill. Tell them bedtime Christmas stories, and guide them towards becoming generous and thoughtful adults.
We wish you a Merry Merry Christmas! Do tell us how you’re celebrating Christmas this year✨
