Warranty Details:

Products must be registered for warranty within 10 days from the date of purchase. Any warranty claim for products not registered within this period will not be accepted.

Please also note the following important points:

• A valid tax invoice will be mandatory for all warranty claims.
• Delivery challans will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
• Every product box contains a warranty card with a unique registration code.

To complete the warranty registration, customers are required to email the following details to info@aretegames.in

• Customer Name
• Email ID
• Mobile Number
• Copy of Purchase Invoice
• Unique Warranty Code mentioned on the warranty card

Please Note: Moving forward, warranty claims cannot be processed or honoured without a valid, corresponding Warranty Registration Card shared on info@aretegames.in. This policy ensures that counterfeit products are weeded out, purchase dates are accurately recorded, and your customers experience zero friction or delays if they ever need a repair or replacement.
