  1. Eligibility:

For a product to be eligible for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging
  • The item is not listed under the non-returnable or non-refundable category, please see below for the list.
  • Select products only have an option of a replacement in case of any defect/damage as listed below.
  • In such cases, we will clearly state the non-returnable or only replacement policy on the relevant product page

  1. Return/Replacement/Exchange Process:

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return, replacement, or exchange:

  • Contact our customer support team via email at care@allthingsbaby.com or call our dedicated helpline at +91-8369996510
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return/replacement/exchange, supporting details and images
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the process, provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable), and assist with any necessary arrangements
  • Please note that while our policy allows for replacements for the product categories mentioned above, it will be for the exact same product only (except for a size or colour change, where applicable, based on availability)

 

  1. Refund Process:

If you are eligible for a refund, the following process will be followed:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account
  • For CoD transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount to the bank details as shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details
  • It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

 

  1. Damaged or Defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately (within 2 days of delivery). We may request supporting evidence, such as images or videos, to assess the issue and provide appropriate solutions

 

  1. Shipping Costs:
    • In most cases, AllThingsBaby.com shall bear the shipping costs in case of a return, replacement, exchange
    • In case of certain products, based on size and value, the platform will hold the discretion and be the final deciding authority on which party shall bear the shipping costs for return, replacement, or exchange

Our dedicated customer support team is available from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday, except public holidays, to assist you with any return, replacement, exchange, or refund inquiries. We aim to provide timely and satisfactory resolutions to ensure your complete satisfaction.

  7. Boss Baby Rewards:

  • If the entire order is returned/ cancelled then the Boss Baby Points rewarded for the order will be reverted.
  • During a specific SALE period (For example - Babyled Weaning Sale / Never Before Sale / Big Nursery Sale / Black Friday Deals, etc) any available BossBaby Points in your account are non-redeemable. The same stands for any discount codes that were valid.
    However, you will continue to earn points on all your purchases.
