All Things Baby is a curated platform for mother and baby products that provides parents in India with some of the best products from leading global and Indian brands. The brand aims to simplify parents'; lives, by offering the right solutions through superior well-curated products and content.
Established in 2019, All Things Baby is the brainchild of Tejal Bajla and Akshay Jalan. During the early years of parenthood, Tejal travelled across the world searching for the best baby gear and infant care goods for her child. She observed that the Indian landscape for international baby brands was largely dominated by the grey market or usually fulfilled by family and friends living abroad who would fill their travel bags with diapers, formula and other baby gear when coming to India. Having identified this gap and the multi-fold demand for authentic international baby products and gear in the country, coupled with their learnings in the mother & baby industry through Brainsmith (an early learning brand they founded in 2016), the co-founders, Akshay and Tejal, conceptualised AllThingsBaby.com.
Tejal Bajla
Tejal steers the company’s reigns with her growth-driven insights. At the company’s helm, she leads the organization’s brand marketing, communication strategy along with consumer experience.
Fun fact: A trained Indian classical vocalist, Tejal, has a nine-year-old son. In her downtime, she enjoys pursuing her artistic and creative interests through reading and table styling.
Akshay Jalan
Having helmed the brand that is committed to bringing some of the most-loved global and Indian brands to parents in India, Akshay oversees the Overall Business Development, Strategy & Operations at All Things Baby.
Fun fact: An enquirer by nature, if Akshay is not working, you will most likely find him wandering through some streets in a new city. Akshay is also passionate about cooking and experimenting with different cuisines and ingredients.
