 Full Refund: If you cancel your order within the specified timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your
original payment method within 3-5 days of receiving the request
If the order has been shipped:
 Once the item has been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return
 We will process the refund to your original payment method once our logistics partner sends us a
product collection confirmation


3. Exceptions:


 Some products may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has started or if they
have been personalized/customized specifically for you
 In such cases, we will clearly state the non-cancellation policy on the relevant product page
